UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a passionate and innovative UI/UX Designer who thrives on transforming ideas into captivating user experiences to join our team and work with us to create immersive user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma is essential.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, ensuring seamless navigation and optimal user engagement across web and mobile platforms.
- Create responsive and interactive designs, incorporating user feedback and usability testing results to refine the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques, integrating innovative design elements into our projects.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and gather user feedback to iteratively enhance designs, ensuring exceptional user satisfaction and engagement.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless integration of UI/UX designs into the final product, maintaining design consistency and integrity throughout the development process.
Required skills & experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field is required
- Proven 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX developer with proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) experience is required
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles is required
- Interaction design expertise
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in usability testing
- Information Architecture knowledge experience is required
- Persona development proficiency
- A/B testing methodologies understanding
- Creativity in UI/UX concept development
- Attention to detail in visual design elements
- Collaboration and communication in cross-functional teams
- Continuous learning and adaptation to new UI/UX design trends
Preferred skills
- Master's degree in computer science or relevant fields
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Animation and motion design skills
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in UI/UX design
Nice to have
- Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) design
