North America Sales Representative

At Flastion, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Representative in North America to join our team to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in North America, presenting Flastion's IT solutions and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to clients' needs, ensuring successful project implementations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to Flastion's revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market demands, providing valuable insights to enhance Flastion's offerings.
  • Represent Flastion at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence in North America.

Required skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Proven track record and success in B2B sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven Relationship building expertise
  • Market analysis proficiency
  • Strategic planning abilities
  • Networking skills and customer retention strategies
  • Minimum of 3 experience in software and technology sales
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with IT products
  • Understanding of CRM software
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
