Project Manager
At Flastion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager who excels in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects leveraging innovative technologies, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables, using project management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project for clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and utilizing Agile methodologies for a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitor progress, and proactively address issues using tools like Gantt charts and project management software.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop contingency plans using risk management tools to mitigate project risks and ensure successful delivery.
- Foster strong client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and utilizing collaboration tools for seamless client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, continuously improving processes for enhanced efficiency and project success.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, analyze outcomes, and capture lessons learned using data analytics tools to enhance future project planning and execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying relevant knowledge to optimize project outcomes and exceed client expectations.

Required skills & experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science or related field is a minimum requirement
- Minimum of five years of experience in project management is required
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Risk management proficiency
- Budgeting and financial management expertise
- Stakeholder management capabilities
- Knowledge of project management software and related tools is required
- Time management and multitasking abilities is a huge plus
- Quality assurance knowledge is a plus
- Conflict resolution skills is a plus

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred skills
- Master's degree in business administration, project management, or computer science
