Front-end Web Developer
We are looking for a passionate Front-End Developer with a keen eye for design and a knack for creating responsive, interactive, and intuitive user interfaces to join our team of front-end developers and work with us on our diverse projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular front-end frameworks, along with a strong understanding of user experience principles.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive web applications, ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Develop responsive and cross-browser-compatible web interfaces using the best frontend languages and frameworks, ensuring optimal user experiences across devices and platforms.
- Implement frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js to create dynamic and interactive web applications, enhancing user engagement and interactivity.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring smooth user interactions.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications, identifying and resolving issues to maintain high-quality code and user experience.
- Stay updated with front-end development trends, tools, and best practices, integrating relevant advancements into projects to enhance usability and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with backend developers and other cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and integration of frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and offer solutions that align with their business objectives, ensuring client satisfaction.

Required skills & experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field
- Proven 3+ years of experience working as a front-end developer with proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with responsive design and frameworks (Bootstrap)
- Cross-browser compatibility expertise
- Mobile responsiveness knowledge
- SEO optimization abilities and advanced techniques
- JavaScript frameworks proficiency (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Graphic design skills for web applications
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
- Version control (Git) proficiency
- Creativity in interactive web elements
Preferred skills
- Master's degree in computer science, IT or Software Engineering
- Knowledge of UX design principles
- Experience with animation and motion design
- Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Grunt)
- Understanding of web accessibility standards

- Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) development
